Kofuku, located in Mumbai’s happening centre – Bandra – offers traditional Japanese Izakaya style (sitting on Tatami mats) of informal eating & drinking. The restaurant’s team of chefs is led by xecutive chef James Biaka whose expertise in Japanese cuisine is said to be the pride of Kofuku. Some of the dishes include Japanese Hambagu, Wasabi Chicken and Niku Yasai Itame. Black Cod in Miso and Chilean Sea Bass in Spicy Black Bean Sauce are two of their chef signature dishes.
