After over two years of collaboration with Chef Saby in India and other famous chefs of various countries, Olives from Spain has decided to use its third edition of promotional campaign in India to launch a series of 10 short video recipes. The series includes Indian gastronomy recipes that integrates Spanish olives to innovate in its flavour and presentation; and also some traditional Spanish recipes that Olives from Spain has reinvented. Marinades complement the series to act as a source of inspiration to serve Spanish olives as a snack to guests at home. As Spanish olive varieties cover the four basic flavours – salty, sweet, bitter and acid – they combine well with a range of ingredients, spices and flavours.
The first videorecipe among the 10 is available on www.olivesfromspain.in.

Spain is the leader and first producer of table olives in the world, and has a near to 100 per cent market share in Indian imports of table olives.
