Lemon Tree Hotels relaunches rewards programme ‘Lemon Tree Smiles’

Lemon Tree Hotels has relaunched its loyalty rewards programme – Lemon Tree Smiles. This rewards programme is the fastest free room night earning programme amongst Indian hotels where guests can start earning free room nights after clocking in only five nights. The programme has been designed to offer the fastest upgrades to the next tier. Members can grow from silver to gold to platinum quickly and earn greater benefits at each step. The benefits include room upgrades, complimentary partner/ spouse room stay, free WiFi, early check in from nine in the morning and late check out till three in the afternoon, and two pieces of laundry per stay.

Saurabh Nandi, chief marketing officer, Lemon Tree Hotels said, “We developed this new loyalty programme – Lemon Tree Smiles, after generating insight through several consumer interactions. Lemon Tree Smiles is applicable across three brands – Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels and Red Fox Hotels which is 24 hotels in 14 cities.

The new website offers a virtual one stop shop to help guests track points, remind them about free nights, redeem points, choose from amongst many redemption options as well as book room nights and exclusive deals. Redemption options include vouchers at Lemon Tree Hotels, and shopping vouchers at Croma, Shopper Stop, Flipkart and Yebhi.com.
