FRHI Hotels & Resorts is now offering complimentary high-speed and wireless internet access to all FRHI loyalty club members, regardless of how customers book their stay. Members can now make their reservation through their preferred booking channel – whether it be through a travel agent, online or directly via the company’s proprietary reservation systems – to receive what is now widely recognised as a must have benefit.

While many hotel groups and brands today offer complimentary internet access to all their guests, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has been offering members of its guest recognition programme, Fairmont President’s Club (FPC), complimentary high-speed and wireless internet access in the guestroom, lobbies and other public spaces since January 2006. Members of the loyalty programmes of Fairmont’s sister brands, Raffles Ambassadors and Swissôtel Circle, also enjoy this benefit.
