Djubo, the cloud based 360 degree hotel sales platform, has announced the expansion of its clientele to 60 boutique hotels and resorts across India and neighbouring countries. Djubo shall help these properties to upgrade sales desk coordination and revenue management issues more efficiently by helping their offline, direct, OTAs and direct bookings get managed through a single platform and single login. The recently added brands include reputed names like Leisure Hotels, Cinnamon Stays, V Resorts, Byke Hospitality, Colonel’s Retreat Group, Brentwood Group and also Sri Lanka based Mangrove Escapes.
Commenting on the association, Tarun Gulati, co-founder of Djubo, says, “With the growing proliferation of the internet as a trip planning and booking source, the complexities that a sales desk has to deal with have increased manifold. Multiple OTAs, direct booking engines, hotel website and Offline travel agents have to be managed together as well as rates and inventory need to be synced across all channels. The whole product development approach at Djubo is to bring the latest technology that so far only the high end hotels had access to, to the doorsteps of the small hotels at an attractive price point.”
Djubo, which is an invisible online channel manager integrated seamlessly with a cloud based CRS (centralised reservations system) represents the latest out there in terms of technology to help hotels maximise revenues.
