Merchant discovery and privileges platform Crown-it is looking to ease the search and booking process of weekend getaways with the addition of its latest category. The new feature would assist Crown-it users in searching, selecting and booking hotels for quick retreats near their cities. Targeted towards the flash holidaying requirements of its metropolitan users, the latest addition would look to enhance the user experience quotient and convenience factor by presenting concise, requirement-specific information.
In order to curate the best results for its users, Crown-it will implement a unique search algorithm that will extract feedback from leading travel reviewing websites before displaying the highest rated properties. Crown-it will categorise hotels as bargain, corporate, comfort, secret escapes and post retreat, taking into account their ratings, reviews and amenities. Additionally, particularly famous hotel amenities or services will be displayed to the users to give them a deep insight into the property before making their selection. The company will also roll out massive, transparent deals and discounts without any hidden conditions to further incentivise customers to use their services. The app has names like Lalit, Taj, Hilton, West Inn, Ginger for its consumers.
Sameer Grover, founder and CEO Crown-it said, “Today, a customer looking for a hotel to stay in has to browse through multiple online travel agency portals to select the most tailored choice amongst the thousands of hotels available. This creates a lot of unnecessary confusion in the minds of the users who are just looking to relax away from the hustle-bustle of their daily lives. With this latest addition to our product offerings, we are looking to simplify weekend retreat searches and provide a new level of user convenience with a concise single-window display that shows the best property options. With transparent pricing and frequent value-added deals and discounts for all properties without any hidden terms and conditions, the Crown-it app will change the way hotel search interactions occur for the consumer.”
Crown-it will initially incorporate more than 200 hotels as a part of its search matrix. The move will initially be implemented in 10 cities including Udaipur, Amritsar, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Manali, Srinagar, Lonavala and Khandala, Goa, and Mahabaleshwar to provide its users in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru with curated weekend getaway options. The brand has plans in place to expand this service in more cities later.
