Continuing a proud legacy

editor-rl-100x150Come January and the hospitality industry in western India eagerly awaits the dynamic platform of Food Hospitality World to network, share their insights, and get to know about new product developments. The 33rd edition of Food Hospitality World, being organised in Mumbai from January 18 to 20, 2018, will be yet another milestone event for the food and hospitality sectors. We are continuing a proud legacy that goes back 16 years, and in 2018 too we will set a new benchmark.

FHW Mumbai 2018 will bring in new opportunities and events. An important development this year is that we will be hosting the 5th Annual Chef’s Connect, which is a unique congregation of top notch star hotel head chefs, food bloggers/experts, industry influencers and hospitality entrepreneurs. This year’s theme is ‘Change: The Only Constant’, and they will be bringing the key focus on global trends, market leading renovations and recent development on cutting edge issues.

We are continuing our tradition of hosting some power packed panel discussions at the trade show, including FHW CEO Speak, The Power of Purchase, and Hospitality Think Tank – The GMs Conclave, which will see participation from general managers of leading hotels. These discussions will throw light on the recent issues impacting the industry.

We have always believed in the power of association and this is what makes our event so unique. This year we are supported by 10 renowned industry associations namely, The Food Bloggers Association of India (The FBAI), Hospitality Purchasing Managers Forum (HPMF), Hotel & Restaurant Association for Western India (HRAWI), I-Professional Housekeepers Association (IPHA), National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) and Western India Culinary Association (WICA). We are proud of our association with these prestigious bodies who have significantly contributed to the success of our global show.

It is also important to mention that there are five country pavilions showcasing their products and offerings at FHW Mumbai 2018. We look forward to engaging with you at FHW Mumbai 2018. Please be there.
