In Delhi & NCR, there are a host of offerings across restaurants and hotels this festive season. Guests can relish the finest Christmas and New Year celebrations. Infact a range of special dining offers along with staycation packages are available across the city and NCR region. Pullman New Delhi Aerocity is performing well in terms of ARRs. Potential guests and those who are our loyal customers are already booking for our special offers set for Christmas and New Year. The Indian customer is a “last minute” buyer usually. This year however we are seeing a high number of advance queries. Picking up on this, we have curated a few early bird offers, which have received good response across our luxe portfolio. We have observed, that for high-quality memorable experiences, the customer is willing to pay and participate; thus creating a natural demand for products and experience that a group such as Accor offers.

Your management mantra
With an intricate understanding of the luxe segment, I trust in bringing impetus to my team, by further creaing finer experiences for the luxury and upscale travel market. Business development is my key forte, combined with leadership and a multi-functional approach. I believe in blending quality operations with astute marketing with humane and effective style. Having spent five years at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC, I look forward to this new era of Pullman & Novotel in the capital city.
