The dynamics of the hospitality industry in 2020
2020 will be all about superlative service. We believe that the main differentiator between hotels is the service provided to the customer and for us at the Taj this plays the most important role in the experience we offer to our patrons. In 2020, we will be focusing on an intuitive understanding of guests needs so that we can offer them an experience that leaves a lasting and positive impact on them. We will also be focusing on creating magical memories by orchestrating moments that are personalised to their passions and preferences.

Your management mantra
Our mantra is Athithi Devo Bhava, the sanskrit saying meaning – The Guest is God. At the Taj, we welcome our guests into the hotel as we would if god himself were to visit our home. We make sure we do everything in our means to make sure that our guests have an enjoyable experience that exceeds their expectations. I follow this same principle in my management style too. Our teams are equally important stakeholders as they are responsible for the brand image. A happy team makes sure to do their best to keeps guests happy too.
